To help fill the void which had been created by the lack of consistent high standards & premium quality in the local market place. O2B Cool was Established in May 2015, on the back of growing customer dis-satisfaction of workmanship from the then current local competition, being forced to engage out of town based companies to fulfil requirements. This in-turn increased costs, and decreased profit margins due to the longer down time and inefficiencies of equipment.
Quality workmanship and reliability is what the local market was in demand for, as the mindset level of customer satisfaction had been forced over the years into lowering their own standards and level of satisfaction to factor in the available tradesperson skillsets.
O2B Cool is changing the way customers should be thinking, and increasing that level of satisfaction to where it once was, and where it should be..
